It's been a while!

Hey y'all! Happy Independence Day and I hope your lives are going swimmingly! Aside from the occasional trip to the movies or fireworks extraordinaires, summer has been, in a word, rather mundane, drab, boring, dull, and uneventful!
However the last four days actually provided me with something fun to do apart from yard work and writing thank you cards. Sunday, I saw Click with the family (great movie btw); Monday, I went to Hanna's house for some fun with fireworks and fondue (quite a treasure); Tuesday, I attended the Doo-Dah parade with Rachel, Jane, Erin, and Pat as well as the Dublin fireworks show with my family, Tim, Joe, Ashley, Nick, Ashley, Kara, and Lindsey; Today, I went to lunch with the women of my family (Mom, Sam, Lillie, and Grandma) at the Der Dutchman and enjoyed a delicious buffet of delectable farm-fresh, homstyle cookin'!
I have band summer sessions tomorrow so I need to memorize Beautiful Ohio and Buckeye Battle Cry for M&M, not to mention I still have a large portion of my 130 Thank You cards to finish so YEE-HAW!
Anyway, I hope everyone's summer is going well and I would love to hear from you so leave a comment and maybe we can get together soon!
BTW, Cedar Point Trip next Wednesday, July 12th from 7am to 1am if anyone is interested!
